Aesop Rock (Definitive Jux) has released that he has a new full-length LP called "None Shall Pass" scheduled to be released in the first half of '07. As for the production: 7 by Blockhead, 5 by Aesop Rock, 1 by El-P, 1 by Rob Sonic.
The new record from Nas titled "Hip Hop is Dead" is coming out next Tuesday, 12/19. The album is fire and features an all-star line up with production by Dr. Dre, Scott Storch, Kanye West, Will.I.Am, and Mark Batson. Special Guests include The Game, Snoop, Kanye, Damian Marley, Tre Williams(The Pharcyde), Kelis, etc.
Brother Ali returns with the first single from the highly anticipated new album The Undisputed Truth. Kicking things off is the Ant produced and reggae influenced "Truth Is. Also available on the single "Freedom Ain't Free" and exclusive bonus track "Original King". The single is due to drop on vinyl 01.09.07. Get excited!
POS is back with his second single from his 2006 release Audition. On the Lazerbeak produced "Bleeding Hearts Club" POS enlists help from Atmosphere frontman Slug. This single features "Yeah Right" and the exclusive bonus track "What's That Buzzing?".
